Data request (GDPR)

You have the right to know what personal data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you can request:

  • A copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data (where legally possible)
  • Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications

To make a request, email us at privacy@authenlondon.com from the email address linked to your account. We respond within 30 days as required by law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
